Some tips while shopping on items that produce a Catalina:

Purchase only what is required for that Catalina. For example, if the item states “purchase 6 or more and receive $x Catalina” only purchase that amount. If you want to purchase additional items, do that in a separate transaction so you will receive an additional Catalina.

Catalinas promotions sometimes run at other stores too. For example, Catalinas promoted for Kroger are sometimes also valid Meijer Catalinas (and vice-versa). So, if you see one promoted for Kroger, try it at your own risk. But, if it works or doesn’t for Kroger, please share your experience in the comments of the weekly post. Others appreciate it a great deal!

You can use the same Catalina you just earned from the purchase to pay for the same items to earn another Catalina. So, essentially, Catalinas will roll.

Use your manufacturer’s coupons FIRST before using a OYNO Catalina. The real reason for this is because your purchase may take you into the negative after using the Catalina and coupons. It’s better to use that Catalina when your total will exceed your price after coupons.
