Weekly Cinema

If your family is a frequent movie-theather family, this is a great deal!

You can get a subscription to Weekly Cinema and pay just $15.99 for 3 movie tickets each month. You also get 1 Free ticket when you sign up too!  The tickets are valid at all Fandango movie theaters (which includes a ton of location). I actually have the Fandango app on my iPhone so I already knew that the really nice AMC Theater near me is included. I was happy about that since deals like these tend to only be valid for the not-so-nice local theaters. :)

This is a subscription offer, but you can cancel at anytime after you get your Free ticket. Our family doesn’t go to the theater too often (we have too many sports activities to go to instead) but I would definitely sign up for this if we did. The last time we did go to the theater, the tickets were around $10! Getting 3 for $15 a month is obviously a deal, but you just gotta use ‘em!

Have you used the Weekly Cinema membership before? Any feedback?

If I recall correctly, in Lebanon, OH, you can buy one movie ticket for $4. And, it doesn’t require a subscription. As well as, it has most all the latest movies out, if not right away within 2 weeks of release.

Thanks, Steve. I have been to the Lebanon theater once. The only time we visited, our entire part (of just 5 ladies) couldn’t see the same movie because the theater was full. It’s really small but I’m guessing it’s best to go on the release day, possibly.

I was impressed with the fact that the West Chester theater was included because, as you may know, it is a very nice theater. Usually with deals like these, that theater is never included.

Nice thought. When I type my zip code into the Fandango site, no theaters are listed in the area. When I type in downtown Cincinnati, it gives the same message. Oh well, I’ll just keep catching them at the $2 theater or DVD.
