I went to Kroger last night and there were several other items included in the promotion, as I thought there would be. I have updated the Weekly Kroger Deals post so you can find the many other items with pricing and coupon matches.
I thought I would put together a scenario for you too! I normally never do this for Kroger, but this scenario will show you how important shopping with a plan helps you make the most of each promotion and maximize your savings!

Yes, after all coupons and the $5 promotional savings, you spend less than $8 for $27 in products. There was nothing extreme done either – just cutting a few coupons and shopping with a plan. It makes all the difference in the world! If you want to do this specific deal, make sure you shop before 12/31 since some of the coupons expire on that date.
