The Deal Seeking Mom coupon database actually has a feature where you can make your own virtual coupon box. So, if there are regional differences, you can note those in your own file. For me, regionally (as Jessica mentions) I use those databases. But, I also find that cross referencing Taylortownpreview.com helps. It's not the paper, its the coupon manufacturers picking and choosing what areas get which coupons. I have found sometimes writing to the company helps.
