Tide Stain Release

Have you gotten your FREE (or cheap) Bounce Dryer Bar at Target yet?  If not, I have something else for you to look for!!

The Tide Stain Release 20 oz liquid is priced at $3.79.  There have been several coupons in weekly inserts and higher value coupons in magazines I am subscribed too (Oprah and Parents).  Use the Target coupon PLUS the Manufacturer’s coupon to get it super cheap!

$3.79 Tide Stain Release 20 oz liquid *as shown above*
$.75 in the 8/2 P&G Insert (exp 8/31)
$1 in the 8/16 SS Insert (exp 10/31)
$.75 in the 8/30 P&G Insert (exp 9/30)
$1.50 in the August and September issues of Oprah and Parents Magazines
$1.50 Mailer Request
PLUS $1.50 Target Coupon in the 8/23 RP Insert (exp 10/3)
Net Price $.79 -  $1.54 each

Since the Target coupon doesn’t expire until October 3, you should receive the Mailer coupon by then (it said 4-6 weeks).  So, you can at least get one bottle for $.79!

In case you’re wondering how this stuff works, read this post from Emily at Mommin it Up!  I’m glad I have a few cheap bottles to have in my stockpile!  I will be trying it very soon!!

I used my free sample of Bounce Dryer bar for a month before it fell off, but I really liked it. My adhesive came unstuck but the bar stayed intact and didn’t make a mess at all. I called and told them what happened though, and they sent me a coupon for a free replacement. I was excited to get another free because I’ve got the $2.50MQ and $1.50TQ, but my Target only has the 4 month bars which are $6.99 and none of the cheaper 2 month bars! Bummer!

FYI: There was a $1.50 coupon in Good Housekeeping, too.

do you know if this stain release product has the same distinctive smell as regular tide?

Mercedes, there isn’t a fragrant scented listed. However, I just ran to my laundry room (just for you) and did a sniff test. It smells like a fresh scent, similar to a fresh air tide flavor…. :)

Thank you! you are the best. The smell of tide is too string for our family but I am willing to give this stain release product a try. Hopefully the smell washes off enough.
