I tried to buy the Kashi cereal cups today and was told that the coupon only applied to the boxed cereal. When I said that the coupon didn’t specify that, I was told that the picture only showed boxed cereal. She wouldn’t even scan it to see if the coupon would go through. I didn’t press the issue, I just didn’t buy the cereal.

I got 5 of the Kashi cups free with the $1 Target coupon. My cashier didnt have any problems with me using them, just scanned them and it went through fine. I hate that Target’s coupons dont specify sizes and varities. It leaves too much discretion up to the cashiers and stores whether or not they want to take the coupon.
