I finally got to my Kroger shopping this week and was excited with what I found!
The Hefty One-Zip bags are INCLUDED in the Daytona 500 Promotion! I suspected they would be since they were the last time this promotion was going on. I made a purchase through Coupons & Things by Dede on Monday and got my coupons yesterday. I hit the store today, and here is the price break down for the Hefty One-Zip bags:

This is an awesome price! Especially if you like to do freezer cooking (like my Onceamonthmom girls :). I plan on buying more and have them for our school. It seems like large freezer bags are always a need in the classroom. I also just like putting opened bags of chips in them to take to the pool. These things are always handy!

All I can find is $1/2 coupons and $.40/1 coupons. Where are you getting the $1 coupons? I’m all about stocking up if I can find them!

I had fun with my Kroger trip yesterday. I did get a few packs of the Hefty bags. I absolutely LOVE when Kroger is doing this buy 10 get $3 off deal. I stocked up mostly on canned goods and hotdogs. I think I have enough pork beans and hotdogs to last through the whole summer!
On the Ragu pasta sauce . . . there is a coupon for .60 off of one jar if you get the magherita flavor sauce. So that makes it what? 27 cents a jar after coupon and discount?!!!!
