In last week’s Fat Burnin’ Friday, I mentioned I would be tracking all my foods this week in order to re-focus on losing these last few pounds. So, with that, I am going to focus on simple and healthy meals. The best thing is that all of these meals are done affordably, and dare I say, may be around $5 (Erin, would be so proud ;).
- Steak, Red Potatoes, Veggies
- Grilled Chicken, Knorr Rice Sides, Veggies
- Baked Spaghetti (with hamburger), Salad
- Grilled Chicken with Salad Greens
- Hamburgers/Brats, Garlic Oven Fries, Veggies
- Sour Cream & Salsa Chicken, Boxed Potatoes, Veggies
